DYNAMIC PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES

Our Dynamic Partnership Principles program is designed for clients who desire correct and sensible foundation work for themselves and
their horse to create a dynamic partnership.

These principles can be applied to any level of riding and training,
and to all disciplines.

DYNAMIC PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES
Definition:

Dynamic: 1)  Dealing with energy forces and their relationship primarily to motion, also to the balance of bodies at times.
                2)  A process or pattern of change, growth or activity.

Partnership: 1)  One that shares.
                     2)  Associated with joint principles.
                     3)  A relationship involving close cooperation and responsibilities between partners.

Principles: 1)  Habitual devotion to correct concepts/ principles.
                  2)  With respect to fundamentals.

Why Dynamic Partnership Principles will apply to you and your horse

When combined all together, these form the core values and
key concepts of Dynamic Partnership Principles.

Dynamic- First, you are dealing with energy (the horse has energy and you have energy).  Motion follows energy. Energy and motion must be in balance.  This is the only way to produce true physical harmony between horse and rider.  Second, both partners are going to have to accept change and growth which in turn leads to new productive energy.

Partnership- Develops meaningful shared experiences.  The principles learned are learned together forming a real bond.
This will lead to close cooperation between horse and rider.
Each one now has a learned responsibility toward the other.

Principles- Learned between horse and rider are now habitual
and correct because they were built with respect on a firm,
proper and loving foundation.

Some questions to ask yourself:

1.  Do I feel that my horse has more potential than what he is currently
giving to me?

2.  Do I feel that my horse should be giving me the “I want to” attitude,
but I am only getting the same old “leave me alone” routine?

3.  Do I feel that my horse is lacking that certain something to make his
ride comfortable and agreeable, perhaps a lack of balance and suppleness?

4.  Do I feel frustrated and overwhelmed because it seems that my horse
is boss and he is taking advantage of me?  Not sure why?

5.  Do I feel my horse is well trained but still seems to need a “tune-up”or
he has lost his “edge”?

6.  Do I feel my horse and I are having problems over fences and in the
show ring?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then
DYNAMIC PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES training is something that
will benefit both you and your horse together.

All horses and their riders need correct, solid, basic foundation work
(building blocks of training) regardless of your chosen discipline.
These basics are essential to progress forward correctly and
to have a well-trained and mannerly horse.
Your horse should be a pleasant and safe mount to ride!
He should have a happy “What do you want me to do?” attitude.

ILLUSTRATION: This principle of solid foundation work is of extreme importance for you and your horse; ask yourself… would I move into a house that had a poor foundation underneath the building? To do so would result in disastrous events eventually.   A bad storm, strong wind etc… could bring it down quite easily.  Clearly, this is not a favorable result.  Unfortunately a foundation built improperly, or in a rushed or gimmicky style, will have very poor results… yes, eventually there will be some unfortunate results to you or your horse.  Worse yet …would you move into a house with no foundation? The consequences would be devastating and occurring very quickly.  So you have to ask yourself…why would you risk the consequences of an eventual disaster by climbing onto the back of your horse without correct foundation work?  The shortest route to success is by putting all the foundation blocks solidly in place; this will allow for a move upward and onward to a superior finished product, whether a building or a horse.

Not convinced?  Try us for a few sessions and you will see a difference!

We will also evaluate your horse, saddle and bridle suitability/fit, and
your horse’s knowledge of groundwork/any previous training
as a part of your session.

Sessions are private and we are flexible throughout the
entire week for scheduling.

Sessions are held for 1 hour, with a minimum of one per week.
If you have a ring we are willing to come to you.
Some extra cost for travel time will be incurred.
